What you'll do

WaveSix, the world's first AI Product Studio, is looking for an execution-driven and detail-oriented AI Strategy Analyst to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical development, helping us identify impactful AI use cases, build compelling presentations, run enablement workshops, and support sales efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate promising AI use cases that align with client goals and WaveSix's strategic focus
• Research AI trends and emerging technologies to support senior team members in developing tailored strategies aligned with clients' culture, AI maturity, and infrastructure
• Prepare high-quality documentation, such as value pool analyses, user stories, and process diagrams
• Assist in the design and facilitation of client workshops, ensuring meaningful engagement and clear outcomes
• Support the sales team by creating tailored proposals, RFP responses, and value propositions
• Foster relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, building trust and understanding around AI initiatives
• Analyze data and generate insights to guide decision-making and measure project success.
• Proficiency in English and German: Ability to communicate effectively in both languages

What you bring

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience tailoring content for diverse audiences
• Familiarity with AI concepts and the ability to translate technical ideas into business value
• Experience creating clear and concise documentation, including business cases and presentations
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• A passion for AI and its potential to transform industries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in AI, technology consulting, or a product/venture studio environment
• Knowledge of workshop facilitation techniques and design thinking methodologies
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Miro
• Experience with sales processes, including proposal creation and client engagement
